🇺🇸 Domestic Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you can return it within 90 days of the delivery date—used or unused.

How to initiate a return:
Please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and your full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


🔁 Reshipments – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll either reship a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery may incur reshipment fees.

  • We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received—please contact the carrier directly in such cases.

  • Z Jewelry is not responsible for address errors once the item is shipped.

  • We only accept returns for purchases made directly from Z Jewelry. For third-party or retail store purchases, please contact the original seller.
