If youâre not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you can return it within 90 days of the delivery dateâused or unused.
How to initiate a return:
Please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
Once approved, weâll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and your full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed. Refunds typically take 5â10 business days to appear on your statement.
đ Reshipments â Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Weâll either reship a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund.
